១.មូលដ្ឋានគតិយុត្ត និងផែនទីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ
*ផែនទីមាត្រដ្ឋាន ១/២០០.០០០ (ផែនទីបារាំង-សៀម ឬ ផែនទីខារ៉ាត): ជាផែនទីស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិដែលត្រូវបានទទួលស្គាល់ស្របតាមស្មារតីនៃសន្ធិសញ្ញាព្រំដែនរវាងបារាំង និងសៀម ដែលបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់អំពីខ្សែបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ នៅតំបន់អានសេះ។

របស់គណៈកម្មការបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនឥណ្ឌូចិន-សៀម ឆ្នាំ១៩០៨ និង ១៩១៩៖ ជាឯកសារផ្លូវការនៃការបោះបង្គោលព្រំដែនលើដីខ្សាច់ និងការកំណត់អតីតភាពដែនដី ដែលបញ្ជាក់ពីទីតាំងភូមិសាស្ត្រពិតប្រាកដនៃតំបន់នេះស្ថិតក្នុងភាគីកម្ពុជា។
២.ឯកសារយោងបន្ថែម
*ផែនទី L7017 មាត្រដ្ឋាន ១/៥០.០០០៖ គឺជាផែនទីដែលភាគីថៃបានគូសឡើងដោយឯកតោភាគី ប៉ុន្តែទោះបីជាយ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ បើទោះបីជាពិនិត្យតាមរយៈផែនទីដែលគូសដោយថៃផ្ទាល់នេះក៏ដោយ ក៏ទីតាំងភូមិសាស្ត្រនៃតំបន់អានសេះនៅតែបង្ហាញថាស្ថិតនៅក្នុងដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពកម្ពុជាដែរ។
✍រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា៖ តែងតែប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវភាពម៉ត់ចត់ក្នុងការការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី ដោយយោងទៅលើច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ សន្ធិសញ្ញា និងផែនទីប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រដែលមានតម្លៃផ្លូវច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិជាធរមាន។

✍According to the statement of the State Secretariat of Border Affairs, the An Ses area is within the sovereignty and territory of the Kingdom of Cambodia, with the following legal basis and clear technical documents:
1. Legal basis and historical map
*1/200,000 scale map (French-Siamese map or Carat map): An internationally recognized standard map in accordance with the spirit of the French-Siamese border treaty, which clearly shows the Cambodian-Thai border line in the An Ses area.
*Procès-Verbal (PV) of the Indochina-Siamese Border Demarcation Commission of 1908 and 1919: An official document of the demarcation of the border on sand and the determination of the territorial precedence, which confirms the exact geographical location of this area in the Cambodian side.
2. Additional references
*Map L7017, scale 1/50,000: A map drawn unilaterally by the Thai side. However, even if examined through the map drawn by Thailand itself, the geographical location of the An Ses area still appears to be within the sovereignty of Cambodia.
